My Busia had been making this for year (grandma in Polish by the way, you learn something new everyday huh?) and it's just been passed down through five generations now. It's one of my staple meals, chicken is simple and affordable, great for a broke college student! Seriously this is the food I make to win over guys because its so tasty, comfort food, and seems way harder than it is.
It creates an awesome "breading" on the chicken and it turns out super moist!

It creates an awesome "breading" on the chicken and it turns out super moist!
What you need:
- 2-4 chicken breasts, depends on how many your cooking for
- 1 cup of ritz crackers crushed
- Garlic salt and any other seasonings you choose to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Butter, most recipes call for 1/2 a cup however I rarely measure it out
What you need to do:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Combine your crushed crackers, seasonings, and peppers together (ignore all the meds and drugs in the back, I have two forms of anemia and other vitamin deficiencies so they take over my life).
Drench your chicken in the beaten eggs.
Cover your egg covered chicken breasts in the crushed cracker combination, make sure they are entirely covered.
Place your chicken breasts in a pan sprayed with pam.
Put butter on top of the chicken.
Cook for 30-35 minutes.
Make some tasty sides and enjoy!!
